The cooking team of Mon has gone above and beyond to create dishes
that will bring out the beauty of each type of sake,
so please enjoy their traditional yet innovative creations.
The chief brewer of Sawahime will also be visiting Australia at the time of this event,
and will present a commentary on his sake.
This is a great opportunity to listen to his story.
There will also be a selection of amazing door prizes for you during dinner.

Established in 1868. A local Tochigi sake brewed by chief brewer in the Shimotsuke region,
using 100% acclaimed underground water from the Kinugawa River, and local Tochigi Prefecture rice.
Sawahime sake has been awarded a gold medal for two years running in the sake section of
the International Wine Challenge (IWC 2010/2011), the world’s largest wine contest, held in London.
